After receiving joint MBA/JD degrees from Cornell, Mr. Marx served in the SEC's Division of Corporation Finance. Later he was a partner at Goulston & Storrs in Boston, associate at Shaw, Pittman in Washington, DC and in-house general counsel for Interactive Data Corp.(NYSE: IDC) He has worked extensively on business deals involving digital media. His book series, Contracts in the Information Industry, was published by the Software & Information Industry Association. He has written dozens of articles on strategic issues related to the provision of online information services. For 15 years he has hosted Business Insight, an award-winning public access TV show, that is broadcast in major markets including Boston, New York and Washington, DC. Barbara Marx talks about strategic messaging and new technology: Click here Previously, she consulted with a broad range of national and international corporations, institutions and professional service firms on strategic messaging, positioning and branding programs. She has held of variety of executive positions including Vice President of Strategic Marketing at Fidelity Investments where she directed the branding of the firm's 401(k) offering and SVP & general manager of Hill and Knowlton (H&K) New England. Ms. Marx is a past president of the Boston Club, the city's largest organization of professional women, and currently serves on the Board of the Commonwealth Institute, an organization dedicated to helping entrepreneurial and corporate women grow personally and professionally. Ms. Marx holds a BA degree from the University of Wisconsin and an MS in communications from Boston University.
Maria LaTour Kadison Previously, she was Vice President of Marketing at Simmons College. She was a nationally recognized expert in online marketing while a senior analyst at Forrester Research in Cambridge and, prior to that, was a vice president at the communications firm Bozell Sawyer Miller. Ms. Kadison holds a BA in economics from Emory University and, as a Yale Fellow, received joint Masters in International Relations and MBA degrees from Yale University.
He was the founder of Ziff-Davis Interactive, the first new media company born of a major publishing company. He was previously a partner at Bain and Company and is the president and executive producer of our production partner Diginovations. He received a bachelor's degree in Engineering and Applied Physics from Harvard College and an MBA, with distinction, from Harvard Business School.
